Carlson Wagonlit Travel (CWT) operates a travel management call center in Ely.

The center employs 92 associates who work several shifts between 6 a.m. and 8 p.m., and handle complete travel arrangements for commercial and government accounts via AT&T enhanced feature modules that distribute calls among two call centers including the Ely call center.

The travel representatives arrange airline, rental car and hotel reservations. They also suggest the most efficient and productive routes, along with cost savings to their customers.

"The work ethic here is abundant," Rita Smith, operations manager reports. "People want to come to work; they want to do well. They just give 200 percent."
